Who we are

Cyberbrain Calendar (“the app”, “we”) is a service of Cyberbrain (cyberbrain.pro). It connects a user's Google Calendar to the user's own AI assistant over the Model Context Protocol (MCP). Contact: sudnik@teleeng.co.

What Google user data the app accesses

• Basic account information (scopes openid, userinfo.email, userinfo.profile): your email address and name — to identify your connection and keep your data separate from other users.
• Google Calendar (scope https://www.googleapis.com/auth/calendar): your calendar list, events, free/busy information, calendar properties, sharing settings (access control lists) and calendar settings.

The app does not request access to Gmail, Google Drive, Contacts or any other Google service.

How the app uses this data

The app uses Google user data only to perform actions you request in your AI assistant: show your calendars and events, create, update and delete events, check availability, create, update and delete calendars, share calendars and remove sharing, subscribe to other calendars and read calendar settings. The app does not access your calendar on its own initiative and does not run background processing of your data.

How the data is shared

• The result of each request is returned to the AI assistant you connected (for example Claude or ChatGPT), because that is the feature you asked for. That assistant is chosen and controlled by you and processes data under its own provider's terms.
• When you ask to share a calendar or invite guests, Google notifies the people you named — this is part of the action you requested.
• We do not sell, rent or transfer Google user data to anyone else, including advertising platforms, data brokers or information resellers. We do not use it for advertising, for credit-worthiness or lending decisions, or to train or improve AI or machine-learning models.
• We may disclose data only if required by law, or to investigate security incidents and abuse.

Human access

People on our team do not read your calendar data. The only exceptions are: you explicitly ask us to look at a specific item to help you; it is necessary for security (for example investigating abuse or a bug); or it is required by law.

Storage and protection

• We do not store your events, calendars or settings. Calendar data passes through our server only while a request is processed.
• We store your Google OAuth access and refresh tokens and your email address, so that the connection keeps working. They are kept on our server at Hetzner (Helsinki, Finland) in a directory readable only by the service, behind HTTPS, with administrative access limited to our team.
• Service logs record technical events (time, tool name, errors) and your email address; they are rotated automatically and kept only for a limited volume (about 30 MB per service), after which the oldest records are erased.

Retention and deletion

• Tokens are kept while your connection is active. If you revoke access at Google Account → Third-party connections, the stored token stops working immediately and can no longer be used to access your calendar.
• To delete your token and your email from our server, write to sudnik@teleeng.co from the same address. We delete them within 30 days and confirm by email.

Limited Use

Cyberbrain Calendar's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Cookies

This website does not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics.

Children

The app is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Changes

We will publish any changes on this page with a new effective date. If a change expands how Google user data is used, we will ask for your consent again.

Cyberbrain Календарь получает доступ к вашему адресу почты, имени и Google Календарю (scope auth/calendar) и пользуется им только для действий, о которых вы просите своего AI-ассистента: показать события, создать, перенести или удалить встречу, найти свободное время, создать, изменить или удалить календарь, поделиться им, подписаться на чужой, прочитать настройки. Результат возвращается в выбранный вами ассистент.

События и календари мы не храним. Храним только токен доступа Google и адрес почты — на нашем сервере Hetzner (Хельсинки, Финляндия). Данные не продаём, не передаём третьим лицам, не используем для рекламы и обучения моделей; сотрудники ваш календарь не читают. Отозвать доступ — на странице разрешений Google; удалить токен у нас — письмом на sudnik@teleeng.co, удалим за 30 дней. Использование данных Google API соответствует Google API Services User Data Policy, включая требования Limited Use.
