Cyberbrain Calendar lets your AI assistant work with your Google Calendar on your behalf: see your schedule, plan and move meetings, find free time, share calendars. Everything happens only when you ask for it in the chat.
What the assistant can do with your calendar
See your schedule — list your calendars and read events for any period.
Plan meetings — create, update, move and delete events, invite guests, add Google Meet links and reminders, answer invitations.
Find free time — check when you and your colleagues are free or busy.
Manage calendars — create a new calendar, rename it, change its time zone, delete a calendar you no longer need.
Share calendars — give a person access to a calendar, change their access level, or take access away; see who has access.
Follow other calendars — add a colleague's or a public calendar to your list, or remove it.
Out of office and focus time — block time and set auto-decline.
Read your calendar settings — time zone, week start and formats, so the assistant uses them.
How to connect
In your AI assistant (Claude, ChatGPT or any client that supports MCP), add a custom connector with this address:

The assistant opens the Google sign-in window. Choose your account and review the permission Google shows: “See, edit, share, and permanently delete all the calendars you can access using Google Calendar”.
Done. Ask the assistant, for example: “What do I have tomorrow?”, “Move my 3 pm call to Friday”, “Share my Work calendar with anna@example.com as read-only”.
Why the app asks for full calendar access
Cyberbrain Calendar repeats what you can do in Google Calendar yourself, including creating and deleting calendars and managing who they are shared with. Narrower Google permissions cover events only and do not allow managing calendars or their sharing, so the app requests the one full Calendar permission and nothing else. It does not request access to Gmail, Drive, Contacts or any other Google product.
Your data and your control
The app reads or changes your calendar only to perform a request you made in your assistant.
We do not store your events. Calendar data passes through our server to your assistant and is not kept. We store only the Google access token so the connection keeps working.
We do not sell your data, do not use it for advertising and do not use it to train AI models. People on our team do not read your calendar.
Cyberbrain Calendar's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Details — in our Privacy Policy.
